1. Why haven't I heard of this Program?
The Financial Equalization
Program originated in Montreal, Canada in 1987. Although thousands of
people have gone through the Program, it is just now spreading across
Canada and the U.S.
2. Why dont banks offer
this Program?
Keep in mind the Financial
Equalization Program is not a loan or a mortgage. It is a copyrighted
financial plan with powerful debt elimination techniques.
3. How does the Plan work?
First, you must qualify for the
Program. After completing a questionnaire, you will receive a free
personal summary which will determine if the plan works for you. If
you decide to go forward, you will sign an Intent to Proceed and then
start the process. This process can be completed within 30 40 days.
4. What if I want to sell my
home in a few years?
Absolutely not a problem. In
fact, if you sell in a few years you will have accumulated a
significant amount of equity in your home with our Program as
compared to little equity with a typical conventional mortgage.
5. Is this a bi-weekly payment program?
The Financial Equalization
Program is not a bi-weekly payment program. With a bi-weekly payment
program you pay more money out-of-pocket for extra payments.
6. What type of homeowners
qualify for the Program?
Typically, our clients have a
conventional mortgage and they have been paying their bills on time
throughout their adult lives. Their household income could be
$30,000.00 or $140,000.00. They have good to excellent credit,
however, they are consistently in debt with credit card payments,
education payments, car payments, personal loan payments, etc. They
also have accumulated equity in their home. *(Some clients have
qualified even though they havent met all of the qualifications).
7. This Program sounds to good
to be true. Whats the catch?
There are actually two catches
but they are probably not what you are expecting.
The first is being MOTIVATED. If
youve had it with where you are financially and you're ready to
make a change, then this is the Program for you. It can literally
turn your life around. The second is being DISCIPLINED. Once you
implement the program, you must stay on the program to reap the
benefits of the plan.
